How can I create an account?

You can create a new account by clicking on MY AREA at the top right of the homepage. A window will open: click on REGISTER and fill in the form.

To create an account you need the following information: name, surname, email address and a personal password. You can change your personal information at any time. This information is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.

How can I change my account password?

To change the password click on MY AREA - ACCOUNT. Here you will find the link to proceed: set the new password and click on SAVE.

Are the items on sale original?

CRISTART is a manufacturer of crystal articles based in Empoli (Florence). The collection is entirely produced at the production site

Are out of stock items restocked?

CRYSTART.IT highlights the available material, if out of stock or available any requests outside of these two options will not be taken into consideration

When will my order be shipped?

Items already available are shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the country of delivery. The shipping costs are divided into three macro areas Italy, Europe and the rest of the world and will be known at the time the order is filled out

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Cancellation can only be requested for orders not yet processed.

 

Is it possible to add an item to a completed order?

Sorry, it is not possible to add an item to a completed order.

How do i make a return?

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items with the security thread still intact can be returned as long as the item is not damaged in any way within and no later than 7 days from receipt of the same. To request the return authorization, you need to access the MY AREA section, apply by entering your account details or email address and order number. Once the procedure is completed, CRYSTART.IT will send an email confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to follow to return the goods.

When will I get my refund?

Returns:

As soon as we receive your return at CRYSTART.IT warehouses and the items have been verified, we will process the refund and you will receive a confirmation email.

In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, please reply to the email you will receive indicating the requested data.

It may take at least ten days for the refund to be credited to your account, due to bank times.

Canceled orders:

The refund will be made as soon as you receive our confirmation email.

What should i do if i receive a defective item?

We guarantee that all our items are checked by our quality control department before they are shipped.

In the event that you receive a defective item, please send an email to CRYSTART@GMAIL.COM specifying the order number and the item code and attaching photos (with the security tag visibly attached to the object) through which we can analyze the defect.

Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidentally or through misuse, will not be considered defective.
